When things are ready,

Hello ladies,

For those who are in Canada, Happy Canada day!

For those who are in the US, Happy Fourth of July!

(In France, we're celebrating Bastille Day on the 14th of July!)

I'm so grateful to have you in my circle. 

As I look back over the last few months, I'm so very grateful for the way things have unfolded.

April, I was discouraged. I have been coaching for a year on the side but I felt I was chasing my tail. I was doing all these activities to grow my coaching business and it was starting to feel more and more like work. It brought me back to the time when I was busy on activities that didn't bring me joy. I escaped corporate life to live my passion and I was loosing the excitement for what I do!!!

May, as part of my transformational coaching and facilitation program, we went through a series of 5 hour business workshops. And in the process, I came to realize who I'm being called to serve! It wasn't a realization that was born in a vacuum. It was a culmination of everything that happened in the past year, the connections I made, the interactions I had with people.

June, started and I had barely talked about my newfound insight. But as the month progressed, I was inspired to write post after post, I was inspired to put together my framework, and last Friday, I held my first workshop. Wow!! It felt like I'm being swept along a flowing river, being led to the next step as needed.

I've noticed it's been like that. Things don't happen according to my planned timeline. Things happen when I am ready. And it sometimes takes a bit of waiting unfortunately. But when it does... it feels so right!

I share this so you can remember it on your own journey. Have faith that it will happen for you at the right time.

I'm finally coming into my new identity as a coach. It's no longer a list of tasks in my to-do list but activities that I just do naturally. Like posting when I'm excited, like sharing with you to keep in touch, like workshops where it feels like conversation than lectures. I am awed how things have unfolded so quickly once the time was right.
