I'll be honest with you... you've probably never experienced anything quite like Release before. And if I told you what it can do, part of you might not even believe me right away. That's okay. You don't have to believe it. You just have to be willing to find out.
Most approaches to getting rid of a block go something like this: talk about it with your therapist or coach, identify a strategy, go out and apply that strategy, come back and report on how it went, adjust, try again. It can take months. Sometimes years.
Release! works differently. We deal with the block right there, in the session. So you're not carrying it home to wrestle with on your own.
We start by finding the root. Not the surface symptom, but the actual origin... It could be the moment that taught you to play it safe, the comment that made you afraid of being seen, the inherited belief that stopped making sense a long time ago but you never questioned.
Once we find it, we use the right energetic method to release it. It's less complicated than it sounds. Think of static electricity. You ground it, and it's simply gone. No long process of unpacking required. And people usually feel lighter afterward. Freer. Like they can finally breathe in a way they hadn't noticed they weren't… Because the underlying tension is gone.
Then we check. Sometimes there's a second layer underneath, another root cause. But most of the time though, there’s only one major root cause. And once it's released at the root, it doesn't come creeping back the way it used to.
I spent years in therapy working through old wounds, and it helped me understand where my anxiety came from. But understanding never made it stop. I still had panic attacks. I was still, underneath a functioning exterior, deeply afraid.
That changed the day a friend introduced me to energy work, right in the middle of one of the worst panic attacks I'd ever had. That’s when I realized that there is a better way.
That's the difference: Energy. And, if you don't release the root, the block keeps resurfacing... two years later, five years later, applied to a new situation but rooted in the same old place.
You weren't meant to keep revisiting the same old wound. You were meant to release it once, and move forward changed.
Curious what an actual Release session looks like? I explain the whole process, along with the panic attack that changed my life, in this video: [Watch: Release! My Signature Method]
