Remember being young enough to believe you could do anything? Fly to the moon. Run the country. Save every life in the room. It didn't matter what anyone said. If they told you it was impossible... You knew what you wanted, and you weren't going to hide it.
That's your True Self. Bold. Unapologetic. Whole.
Then life happened. A moment taught you it was safer to play it small. A comment that cut deep enough that you decided not to be judged again. A lesson from your parents, given with love, that became a rule you never questioned... “Trust no one but yourself.” “Do it yourself.”... And slowly, without you noticing, your True Self got buried under all of it.
Nobody goes through life without this happening. It's not a flaw. It's not something broken in you specifically. It's just what it means to be human.
And the good news? Your True Self never actually left. It's still there, reminding you it exists every single time you feel a desire. That attraction to that chocolate cake instead of the rice pudding. That longing to go when you flip through a travel brochure… Those aren't random. That's your True Self , still calling.
Not by doing more. Not by trying harder, achieving more, proving anything. It's a Who question, not a How question… It's not "How do I become her again?" It's "Who is she already? Right now, underneath everything?"
The work is clearing the blocks that have been hiding her from you, little by little.
And here's what tends to surprise people... when she starts to emerge again, she's bigger than you remembered! More expansive! There's more amazing things about her than you thought you had!
